St Laurence Church will once again be running an Alpha Course this Autumn, which begins with a taster evening on Monday 29th September at 7.30 pm in the Parish Hall.

Now a major world-wide initiative, the course at St Laurence will be co-ordinated by Mr Kenneth Moreton and Mrs Liz Holton. The course will run for 10 weeks and will give people a chance to explore the meaning of life whilst enjoying the fellowship of a meal and discussion.

Curate of St Laurence, Fr Christopher Kinch, said "we are really looking forward to building upon the success of last year's course which was very rewarding. It is always so great to see a group of people from all walks of life who don't yet know each other gradually gel and bond together in order to explore some of the really big questions in life. The food is always really good too!"
